St.Anne's hospice opened in September 1994 in answer to a perceived need in the area - the provision of a dedicated in-patient facility for patients who required hospice care. It is owned and managed by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Annecy and is situated in the grounds of St. Josephs private hospital, Newport.It is where my Grandad spent the last few months of his life and we are all grateful for the help and support from the St Anne's staff.
